Say sorry to nature

Say sorry to nature

In the posture of shame,I mourn the greed of humankind.

I search the darkness within,to face the judgment of the light.

We carry our kindness, and live ordinary lives.

Ordinary —but never without conscience.

I no longer know if you are still willing to sustain us. But this I know — you have begun to rage. And perhaps, regret — that you ever breathed life into us.

We admit. We repair. Success? It depends on sincerity and grace.

The brave enough to apologize are not the weak — they are the strong, becoming more.

Apologize. Become better. Make the world more beautiful.

It hit me just now — apology isn't just for when you messed up. The real point of apologizing is to make things settle. Even if the problem won't go away, at least you can find someone to aim it at.

Maybe we're all just ordinary, everyday people. And we know — a little apology, a little change — it's not going to work a miracle. Nothing's going to get better overnight.

Doing what's hard — that's facing your own light.

Feel the shame of your greed.

An apology won't change a thing — not yet. But hold on. Time may still bring the future you deserve.
