Thank you for your interest in our products! We are delighted to serve you. Please review the following important information about our shipping process.
1. Shipping Origin & Process All orders are shipped from our fulfillment center in Mainland China. Our unique shipping process consists of three stages to ensure your order reaches you efficiently:
1. China to Overseas Warehouse: Your order is first shipped from China to our strategic overseas warehouse.
2. Customs Clearance: Upon arrival in the destination country, your package will undergo customs clearance. This step is handled by our logistics partners.
3. Final Local Delivery: After successful clearance, your order will be handed over to a local courier service (such as USPS, DHL, Royal Mail, Canada Post, etc.) for final delivery to your address.
2. Order Processing Time Orders are typically processed and prepared for international transit within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and Chinese public holidays) after payment is confirmed.
3. Shipping Destinations We currently ship to the following countries/regions: Austria, Ireland, Germany, France, Belgium, the Netherlands, Spain, Italy, United States, Canada, United Kingdom..
4. Estimated Delivery Time Due to the international nature of our shipping, please allow for the following estimated delivery times after your order is processed:
· United States & Canada: 12 - 20 business days
· European Union: 15 - 25 business days
· Australia & New Zealand: 15 - 25 business days
· Other Countries: 18 - 30 business days
Please note: These timeframes are estimates only. Delivery may occasionally be delayed due to factors beyond our control, such as customs inspection delays, weather events, or carrier backlogs during peak seasons. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
5. Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your delivery destination. You will see the final shipping fee before you complete your purchase.
6. Order Tracking You will receive a confirmation email with your order number once your payment is processed. Once your order has been shipped from China, you will receive a second email containing a tracking number. This number will allow you to monitor your package's journey to our overseas warehouse and its final delivery.
7. Customs, Duties, and Taxes Since your order is shipped internationally, it is subject to the import taxes and customs duties of the destination country. These fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost you pay to us.
· Who pays these fees? Policies vary by country.
· In many cases, these fees are billed directly to you by the local courier after your package has cleared customs and before final delivery.
· You are responsible for paying any applicable import fees to receive your package.
· We are required by law to declare the accurate value of all items on international customs forms. We cannot mark orders as "gifts" or declare a lower value to avoid fees.
